Islam and Human Rights

Islam has laid the foundation of human rights first in the world and that human rights in Islam are gifted by God. Any Legislative Committee and the Government can not change their power and authority. Nobody has the right to withdraw or cancel these Human Rights. Our religion teaches us peace and security and we want peace and security to people around the world and all people are destined to meet the basic human rights without discrimination of race and color. Allah mentioned human rights In the Quran, Hazrat Muhammad (Sallala ho Alaih-e-Wasalam) addressed in Khutba “HAJJAT_UL_WIDA” is called”MEGNA CARTA”. This address was the first international charter of human rights. All UN resolutions and all laws of the UDHR is only for poor countries, powerful countries are not caring of the UN resolutions and the International Bill of Human Rights. Universal declaration of human rights covered all the traditional, political and civil rights. Islam's concept of human rights is based on as fundamental respect for humanity, dignity and equality. According to Quran Hakim, the Lord God Almighty granted superiority to the human being
over all other creatures.

God Almighty says in Quran Hakeem

Bani Israeel  17 : 70

Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw) says in the Farewell Pilgrimage
